Haziq leads the operational and administrative functions of The Third Degree, ensuring the organisation runs smoothly and sustainably. He oversees coordination, systems, and day-to-day management, supporting strategic growth while enabling The Third Degree’s activities to operate with clarity, efficiency, and integrity.
Dr Craig J Selby | Academic Director (Australia)

Craig is an internationally experienced senior academic and academic administrator with expertise in doctoral education, qualitative research methodology, and academic communication. He has designed and led research training and capacity-building programmes for postgraduate research candidates and early-career academics. He has extensive experience in faculty leadership, accreditation, and government–industry engagement. His scholarly interests include higher education futures, globalisation, and crisis communication.
Dr Vighneswaran N Vithiatharan | Operations & Marketing Director (Malaysia)
An accomplished leader with a successful 25+ year public administration and corporate career, Vighnes is recognised for driving government transformation and leading business turnarounds. He has a demonstrated ability to deliver substantial growth, generate revenue and investments, and effectively manage partnerships by introducing innovative products and solutions. He is adept at strategic planning and engaging industry, government, foundations, and multilateral institutions. Vighnes holds a Doctorate in Public Policy & Political Economy, and offers a wealth of experience across international, federal, state, and local levels.
