Academic Warriors
Academic Warriors is a growing initiative dedicated to recognising, celebrating, and supporting academics living with disabilities, chronic health conditions, neurodivergence, and other challenges that can shape their professional journeys.
Through advocacy, awareness, dialogue, and collaboration, Academic Warriors seeks to challenge conventional expectations of academic performance and encourage universities to develop more inclusive, understanding, and responsive environments.
Initiated by The Third Degree, Academic Warriors is intended to evolve as a collaborative community, shaped by the experiences, perspectives, and contributions of the academics and partners who become part of its journey.
